At SureGuard Mattress Protectors, we offer Free Expedited Shipping for all orders. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clear information on processing, shipping options, and delivery times.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the United States.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 days. If expedited shipping is not available as an option from our shipping partners, standard shipping will be used, which takes 3-7 days.

For orders with multiple items, processing time is based on the item with the longest processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided by us and/or our shipping partners via email and/or text message. Shipped orders can also be tracked by logging into your SureGuard account.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery:

UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, and Amazon Logistics are our primary shipping partners. Amazon Logistics handles shipping for most of SureGuard’s products, ensuring fast delivery.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive for timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Issues with the carrier

In these rare instances, delivery may take longer than normal. We will notify you if there is an expected delay.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Separate Shipments

Occasionally, your order may be split into multiple shipments, especially if items are sourced from different warehouses. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped separately.

Changes to Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address (including adding apartment or suite numbers) during checkout.

We process orders very quickly and are unable to change the shipping address once we receive the order.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

We process orders very quickly and are unable to modify or cancel an order once we receive it.

If you ordered the wrong item(s), please wait for the order to be delivered, and then request a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs as a result of customer error or a change of mind. Please read our Return Policy for more information.

If you forgot to add an item to your order, please submit a new order for the additional item(s) needed.
